As CEO, Richard is capitalising on strategic opportunities created by changing dynamics in the industry to drive Marlborough’s continuing growth. Richard, who has more than 30 years’ financial services experience, joined the Marlborough Group in 2018 as Director of Strategy and Business Development. Previously he was at Parmenion, where he spent four years as Distribution and Marketing Director. Prior to that Richard was Managing Director, UK Business Transition, for SEI and Sales and Marketing Director for Ascentric.
