Simon graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked in investment since 2001. He spent 11 years at Barings, where he was a Director in the Global Quantitative Research Team, before joining AMP Capital as an investment consultant. In 2017, he joined Ausbil, where he is a Portfolio Manager focused on global small caps. Simon co-manages the Global SmallCap Fund.
